EWS transition to Graph API

Microsoft announced an End of Life (EOL) notice for Exchange Web Services (EWS) and has confirmed that EWS will be disabled in Exchange Online on October 1, 2026. Any Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2 devices still connected via EWS after this date will no longer synchronize with Exchange calendars.

To ensure uninterrupted service, all Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2 devices must be updated to firmware version 8.4.7 (or above) and re-authenticated using Microsoft Graph, before October 1, 2026.

Firmware rollout timeline
  • January 22, 2026: Rollout of firmware version 8.4.7 begins in batches for devices currently running version 8.3.3 or above.
  • March 16, 2026: Any devices not yet updated, will automatically receive the firmware update.

After the firmware update to 8.4.7, devices must be re-authenticated to Graph in advance of the October 1, 2026 cut-off date, to avoid disruption to service.
