We're adding a global setting that allows admins to enable Intune-based authentication for the mobile app. When enabled, the app uses Microsoft's secure authentication broker; when disabled, it falls back to standard in-app webview sign-in. This update is expected January 2026

Intune based authentication for the Eptura Engage mobile app

User authentication via Microsoft Intune can be enabled globally for your organization.

  • When enabled, the Eptura Engage mobile app uses Microsoft's secure authentication broker.
  • When disabled, standard in-app webview sign-in applies.

Follow the steps to enable or disable user authentication via Microsoft Intune

  1. Navigate to Advanced setup > Global setup.
  2. Select the Application tab.
  3. Set Enable Intune Authentication on Mobile to True or False as required.
