Pre-configure Eptura Engage URL on iOS devices

How to pre-configure Eptura Engage URL for iOS devices

1. Launch Microsoft Endpoint Manager and navigate to Apps from the menu on the left to open the App configuration policies page.

2. Click Add and select Managed devices.
   

3. On the Create app configuration policy page at the Basics stage:
   1. Enter a name for the new policy.
   2. Click Platform and select the iOS platform.
   3. Click Select App to display the Associated app panel on the right.
      

4. On the Associated app panel, select the Eptura Engage app from the list and click OK to confirm.
   

5. On the Create app configuration policy page at the Settings stage:
   1. Click the Configuration settings format drop-down and select Use configuration designer.
   2. Enter the values for the XML property list:
      1. Configuration key: Enter ‘Condeco_URL’
      2. Value type: Enter ‘string’
      3. Configuration value: Enter your Eptura Engage URL e.g. [yourcompany].condecosoftware.com
         

6. Click Next at the bottom of the Create app configuration policy page.

7. On the Create app configuration policy page at the Assignments stage:
   1. Click Add groups to display the Select groups to include panel on the right.
      
   2. On the Select groups to include panel, select the group and click Select.
      

8. Click Next at the bottom of the Create app configuration policy page.

9. On the Create app configuration policy page at the Review + Create stage:
   1. Review the policy and click Create.
      

Congratulations! Your Intune configuration policy is now enabled.
