All-day personal space floor plans - zoom and pan controls 

In February, we added zoom and pan controls to the floor plans for meeting spaces and hourly personal spaces. Now, zoom and pan controls are also available on floor plans for all-day personal spaces, improving accessibility and making it easier to navigate dense floor plans and view space details.

Wayfinder admin has moved to the Eptura Engage web app

Wayfinder admin is now fully integrated into the Eptura Engage web app. Administrators can now manage Wayfinder settings and profiles directly in the web app from Advanced setup > Wayfinder admin. The settings and functionality remain the same, but customers will find an improved interface and user experience when configuring the Wayfinder.

If an administrator attempts to access Wayfinder settings via the Wayfinder URL (as before), a message is displayed with a link to open the Eptura Engage web app.

EN-51270

Disable intelligent booking and apply 'first available' logic for non-workspace types - Intelligent booking can now be disabled when using Quick book to book non-workspace types such as parking spaces. When disabled, Quick book finds and books the first available space, without considering the user's previous booking habits. This improves performance for high-volume booking scenarios, where multiple users might book simultaneously.

By default, intelligent booking is enabled for all workspace types - to disable intelligent booking for non-workspace types for your organization, contact support.

Admin API cache - An option has been added to clear the API cache independently. Previously, the API cache could only be cleared when all cached data in Eptura Engage was cleared.

Improved services list in booking confirmation - The spacing between the Name and Qty columns in the services table in booking confirmation and amendment emails has been reduced to improve readability.

Event tables now added to Direct Data Connectivity (DDC) - Two new tables - [Enterprise].[tblEventBookings] and [Enterprise].[tblEvents] - have been added to Direct Data Connectivity, making Events data accessible via direct SQL connectivity.

Deleted location data removed from analytics - Deleted Country, Region, and Location data is now removed from the data warehouse and Power BI reports, ensuring analytics reflect only current, valid location data.

Floor plan showing Incorrect label for hidden users - The personal spaces floor plan was showing 'NaN' instead of 'Hidden user' when a user had disabled their in-office visibility. This has been fixed and the floor plan now correctly shows 'Hidden user'.

Floor plan incorrectly showing all workspace types - The personal spaces floor plan was showing all workspaces belonging to a group even when a specific workspace type was selected. This has been fixed and the floor plan now only shows availability for the the selected workspace type.

Available workspaces were not showing on the floor plan - An issue has been fixed where available resources were not visible on the floor plan, and users with 'Can View' and 'Make Booking' permissions were unable to create bookings.

Inconsistent bump status across desk reports - An inconsistency in the reported bump status between the Desk Bump and Desk Costs standard reports has been fixed. Bumped bookings now display consistently across both reports.

Service items incorrectly listed multiple times in Event reports - An issue has been fixed that caused service items to be listed multiple times in Event reports when the same item had been added to a booking more than once, with different quantities or notes.

Booking confirmations not sent when certain services were included - An issue has been fixed that caused booking confirmation emails to fail when AV or extra services were included.

DeskBooking API returned an incorrect booking status - The DeskBooking API returned a booking status of 0 for all desk bookings, regardless of their actual status. This has been fixed and the correct booking status is now returned.
