A new Live Analytics dashboard is available under Analytics > Live Analytics - one screen covering everything happening across your meeting and personal spaces, queried straight from the live database with zero data warehouse lag.
Right now, at a glance
Live Status cards show current personal and meeting space usage in real time, plus a Recent Activity drawer surfacing check-ins, meeting starts, and Access Control System (ACS) check-ins from the last hour.
Any time frame, instantly
Weekly, daily, or monthly views (last/this/next week, yesterday/today/tomorrow, this/last month) reshape every chart the moment you switch - no page reload, no waiting on a batch sync.
The full picture of space usage
- Booking overview donuts break personal and meeting space bookings down by status - booked, checked in, canceled, bumped, no-show.
- Office Occupancy shows how much of the workplace's capacity is used.
- Weekly Trends benchmarks key metrics against the previous equivalent period.
- Popular Spaces surfaces the most/least booked spaces and floors, and the busiest/quietest days.
- Meeting Space Metrics and Employee Metrics round out attendance and meeting-quality stats.

The Live Analytics dashboard is available to all customers and does not require an Eptura Engage Analytics subscription. Administrators must have access to the Reports module to view the Live Analytics dashboard, and they can only view data for the countries and locations they manage.
