Edit Name/Deployment
Edit group name, group type (managed, allocated, or self-managed), and default permissions.

Edit group name and default permissions
- Navigate to Application Setup > Groups.
- Select the Country and Group.
- Select Edit Name/Deployment from Select an action drop-down.
- Refer to the table below when editing the fields.

'Managed' is not applicable for delivery points
Group Mapping Not applicable for delivery points - Default permissions: Define how users interact with bookings.

Description
Can view
Allow all users to view the group.
If disabled, only users who are members of this group can view the resources.
'Can view' is always enabled if 'Make bookings' is enabled.
Make bookings
Allow users to select and create a booking.
Restricted group: If 'Make bookings' (E) is not enabled, the group is a 'restricted group' and the resources are only bookable by users who have been granted explicit permissions to the restricted group. Learn more: Restricted groups
'Can view' is automatically enabled when 'Make bookings' is enabled.
View other users’ bookings Allow users to view details of bookings created by others. Edit other users’ bookings Allow users to edit bookings created by others. Delete other users’ bookings Allow users to delete bookings created by others. Allow managed access to other admins Enables group administrators to manage bookings made by other administrators. Hide meeting space name from user Not applicable for delivery points. - Click Save.
