RFID card not recognized
RFID card is not recognized on room screens or desk booking screens.
What to check
Check the RFID card type is enabled in the Device Hub.
Navigate to Device Management > Settings > Open the Settings Profile > Select the RFID card type in use.
Ensure to only enable the relevant card type in the settings above and that other card types are unchecked. Enabling all card types might cause issues for multi-reader card types.
Where to swipe
- Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2: Swipe the RFID card near the LED panel at the bottom of the device.
- Eptura room screen v3: Swipe the RFID card at the center of the display.
