Release and maintenance schedule for Eptura Engage

Schedule summary

General Availability updates for Eptura Engage are released every 3 weeks on a Tuesday, and Evergreen is updated the following weekend. Recent and upcoming release and maintenance dates are shown in the Release and maintenance schedule below.

Updates to the mobile apps, analytics, and Microsoft 365 integration are released with Evergreen as follows:

• Eptura Engage mobile apps: Updates to the Android and iOS mobile apps are typically released on the Tuesday following the Evergreen release. Maintenance updates are released when ready.
• Eptura Engage Analytics: Any updates to Eptura Engage Analytics are typically released on the Tuesday following the Evergreen release.
• Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration: Any updates to the Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration are released on the Sunday of the Evergreen release, unless otherwise noted in the table below.

Planned maintenance exceptions

The planned maintenance schedule is for the third Saturday of each month. However, if this date overlaps with the Evergreen update, the maintenance window is pushed to the fourth Saturday of the month.
