Planned maintenance exceptions
The Planned maintenance schedule is for the third Saturday of each month. However, if this date overlaps with the Evergreen update, the maintenance window is pushed to the fourth Saturday of the month.
Schedule
General Availability updates are released every 3 weeks on a Tuesday, and Evergreen is updated the following weekend.
Eptura Engage mobile apps: Updates to the Android and iOS mobile apps are typically released on the Tuesday following the Evergreen release. Maintenance updates are released when ready.
Eptura Engage Analytics: Any updates to Eptura Engage Analytics are typically released on the Tuesday following the Evergreen release.
Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration: Any updates to the Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration are released on the Sunday of the Evergreen release, unless otherwise noted in the table.
