Add services to a booking created via the Outlook add-in

After a booking has been created using the Eptura Engage Outlook add-in, you can open the booking form in the Eptura Engage web app to request services. The booking form can be launched directly from the Eptura Engage Outlook add-in or from the services email.

Add services from the Outlook add-in

When using the Eptura Engage Outlook add-in, services can only be added to an existing booking - they cannot be added when the booking is initially created via the add-in.

  1. Open the Microsoft calendar event and launch the Eptura Engage Outlook add-in to view the existing booking.
  2. Click Add services.
