Eptura Engage offers AI capabilities through the Workplace Experience Agent and Eptura Assistant to recommend and find workspaces and coordinate team presence.

The Workplace Experience Agent provides the following capabilities when making bookings with Eptura Engage:

• Intelligent booking - books the best available space when you set yourself in the office, create a team day, or use Quick book.
• Waitlist - for when a space was not booked because none were available.
• Intelligent seat upgrades - for when a space is booked but it is not in the preferred group.

The Eptura Assistant (available for Eptura platform services) is a conversational AI that enables employees to manage workplace tasks in natural language. This intelligent assistant uses an orchestrator agent built on Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architecture to provide a unified interface across the Eptura ecosystem. Available for Eptura platform services only.
