The user’s primary email address in Exchange must match the user’s email address stored in Eptura Engage.

A compatible Microsoft Outlook client. Learn more: Compatible Outlook and browser versions

If your network restricts access to the internet then you may need to allow the following endpoints through your networking rules:

The Eptura Engage Outlook Add-in needs access to your Eptura Engage site e.g. [yourcompany].condecosoftware.com.
If usage analytics is enabled in global settings, the following URLs may need to be added to the allowlist:

- https://app.eu.pendo.io
