Prerequisites for the Microsoft 365 integration
- Eptura Engage Cloud - Evergreen release plan only.
- Microsoft Azure subscription
- Microsoft 365 subscription
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- User calendar read and write access through Microsoft Graph API. (Global service only). Learn more: Data access and security
- Microsoft 365 Admin account. Learn more: Microsoft 365 admin account
- The user’s primary email address in Exchange must match the user’s email address stored in Eptura Engage.
Users require the following
- A compatible Microsoft Outlook client. Learn more: Compatible Outlook and browser versions
- Optional - Eptura Engage Outlook Add-in. Learn more: Eptura Engage Outlook add-in
- Optional - Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams. Learn more: Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams

If your network restricts access to the internet then you may need to allow the following endpoints through your networking rules:
entrf.condeco.cloudentminisyncprodeastus.azurefd.net
entminisyncprduksouth.azurefd.netgeturl.condeco.cloud(or for UAT environmentsgeturluat.condeco.cloud) - The Eptura Engage Outlook Add-in needs access to your Eptura Engage site e.g. [yourcompany].condecosoftware.com.
