Eptura Room Screen App - Setup Guide

The Eptura Room Screen app is only available through the official app stores for Google or Apple.

Users in countries that do not allow access to the app stores might not be able to download the app.

Download the Eptura Room Screen app

    The Eptura Room Screen app can be installed on an Android tablet device with a size range of 8 to 12 inches and Android version 10 and above, or an iOS device version 16 and above. Learn more: Technical details and device requirements

    Set the Eptura Room Screen app as the home app on the device

    Viewing network details

    To view the network details on a device, the following location access must be set: 

    • Location access permission must be set: A prompt to grant location access permission is displayed the first time the Eptura Room Screen app is launched after the device is powered up.
    • Location services must be ON: Enable Location services in the device settings - Settings > Location.
