Eptura Room Screen App - Setup Guide

Device requirements

The Eptura Room Screen App can be installed on Android tablet devices and compatible Android Panel PCs, as specified below.

Android tablets

Android tablet devices running the Eptura Room Screen app require the following specs:

  • OS: Android 10 and above
  • RAM: 2 GB or more.
  • Internal storage: 16 GB
  • Display: 8" - 12" (inch) display
  • Resolution: 1280 x 800 px to 2800 x 2000 px

Best performance: Consider more RAM and a dual or quad-core processor to achieve the best performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, we can recommend the following processors:

  • 2.0 GHz MediaTek Helio A22 Tab,
  • MediaTek Helio G80 octa core,
  • MediaTek Dimensity 9000,
  • Snapdragon 870 Octa-Core,
  • Qualcomm SDM 750G processor,
  • Octa-Coreunisoc T618 (dual 2.0 GHz + Hexa 2.0 GHz)

Android Panel PCs

The Eptura Room Screen app is compatible with the ProDVX APPC-10SLBe Android Panel PC.

Wi-Fi requirements

For Wi-Fi connectivity, the Android device needs at least 1Mb/sec bandwidth and a signal strength (RSSI) of -60dBm or better.

  • Bandwidth: at least 1Mb/sec
  • Signal strength (RSSI): -60dBm or better.
