Room calendar now cleared when bookings are moved to Engage-only rooms - When a single-day booking is moved from a mapped room to an unmapped Engage-only room, the original Exchange room calendar is now cleared correctly. Previously, the Exchange event remained on the room calendar as an orphaned entry, leaving the room appearing occupied when it wasn't. |

Room mapping queue no longer blocked by stuck rooms - Fixed an issue in the room mapping queue where a room stuck in an intermediate state would block all subsequent rooms for the same tenant from being processed. A retry mechanism now resets stuck rooms after one hour and allows the queue to continue.

Exchange Sync to Microsoft 365 integration migration - Fixed an issue during migration where bookings associated with a space that had since been deleted in Eptura Engage were incorrectly classified as supported bookings. These bookings are now correctly identified as unsupported and handled accordingly. |

All room bookings now removed when cancelling recurring meeting series - Fixed an issue where cancelling an entire recurring meeting series in Microsoft Outlook did not remove an edited occurrence from Eptura Engage. If an additional room had been added to a single occurrence before the series was cancelled, the room booking could remain as an orphaned entry. All associated room bookings are now removed correctly when the series is cancelled. |
