Configure a group for shift and hourly personal spaces

Configure (or edit) the booking rules for your 'hourly' personal space group. Set the check-in window, advanced booking period; set the maximum number of slots a group is allowed to book (allowances); set check-in times, bump times, and warnings, etc. You can also apply different booking rules for users who do not have the group set as their default.

'Hourly' personal space groups can also manage up to six shift patterns, allowing users to select an appropriate shift when searching for available personal spaces. An hourly group is configured to manage shift patterns in the Application setup for the group.

  1. Navigate to Application Setup > Groups.
  2. Click Specify a country and select the country which holds the group.
  3. Select a Group configured to manage hourly personal space resources. Or to create a new group, click New Group or Create Duplicate Group. Learn more: Create a group and set permissions
