Events and BEO enhancements
This release introduces several enhancements to Events and Banquet Event Orders (BEO), improving event management, event visibility, and BEO creation workflows.
Enhancements include:
- Generate a BEO without creating an event - You can now generate a BEO directly from an individual meeting space booking without creating an event. Right-click the booking on the Booking grid to view, download, or email a BEO for the booking.
- Booking Summary now includes an Events section - The booking summary on the booking form now includes a section for Events, which shows all events associated with the booking.
- Event search results now display start time and meeting space name - Event search results now display the start time and meeting space name for each event, making them easier to identify.
- Filter events by location - The Events page now includes a Location column and Location filter.
- A single event can now span up to 3 months - The date range from which bookings can be added to an event has been increased from 14 days to 93 days.
- Mark events as tax-exempt - Events can now be flagged as tax-exempt to remove tax across all associated bookings.

Edit event dates after bookings have been added - You can now change an event's date range even when bookings are already associated with it. The updated date range is validated against existing bookings, and the change is only allowed if all associated booking dates fall within the revised event dates.

Email BEOs from your default email client - A new Email Event Order option lets users send BEOs through their default email client without first downloading the PDF.
