Teem uses the concept of an “EVERGREEN” Version because it is a Software as a Service (SaaS).

The TEEM web application can be used on desktops, laptops that can help set up, configure, and operate buildings, floors, meeting rooms, the TEEM Moblie Application, the TEEM Eventboard application, the TEEM Lobby Connect application, work areas, space panels, and large digital signage.

Teem continuously delivers upgrades to our web solution.
As such, upgrades are pushed to clients continuously and regularly. Therefore, clients are always kept on the latest version of the software.

Teem Mobile Applications

Any Teem Applications (Teem Mobile Collaborate and Connect, Eventboard, and Lobby Connect) installed on a mobile or tablet must be using an OS version that is equal to or higher than what is listed on this page.

Using a device with an OS or hardware that is not supported may limit some support abilities.

Teem works to deliver updates to our applications as quickly as possible.

Any updates to the mobile applications will be listed on the What's New page.

Obtaining and installing the latest software version when it becomes available is highly recommended.

Using an older version of the software may limit some support abilities.

User Provisioning and Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On (SSO)	Various	Teem by Eptura supports a variety of federated identity options in partnership with Ping Identity. Specifics may vary between customers or protocols used. Business requirements define that the customer’s user information be loaded during application configuration; because of this requirement, “just in time” or “on the fly” user provisioning is not supported. This means only an identifying attribute must be sent in the assertion (as the SAML_SUBJECT). SAML 2.0 Both Identity Provider (IdP)-initiated and Service Provider (SP)-initiated Single Sign-On (SSO) are supported with SAML 2.0. Mobile apps use SPinitiated SSO authentication.
