Upload your Logo to display in LobbyConnect

Make a positive first impression by customizing LobbyConnect’s welcome screen with your company's logo. The following logos can be uploaded:
- Logo - is recommended for light-colored backgrounds and will be used on some of the emails sent to your guests.
- Inverse Logo - is recommed for dark-colored backgrounds and will be used on the LobbyConnect welcome screen.
The logo is set at the organization level and can not be over-ridden by location or device. If you want unique branding by location, we suggest not including an Inverse Logo and instead create a custom background album with images related to that location.
Prerequisite
We suggest you source a transparent PNG image under 2MB, up to 1000px width or 600px height, and cropped to the edges of your logo.
Step 1. Upload your Company's Logo
From Teem Web, complete the following:
1. Navigate to Manage > Teem Account > Company Details.
2. For the Logo, click the UPLOAD button. The Select an Image form displays.
3. Either drag and drop the images or browse and select the images.
4. When the logo is uploaded then select the logo image in the list.
5. Click the SET IMAGE button.
6. Click the SAVE button.
Step 2. Upload the Inverse Logo
If you have an inverse logo that can be displayed on dark-colored background you can upload it.
1. Click the UPLOAD button.
2. For the Logo, click the UPLOAD button. The Select an Image form displays.
3. Either drag and drop the images or browse and select the images.
4. When the logo is uploaded then select the logo image in the list.
5. Click the SET IMAGE button.
6. Click the SAVE button.
