Teem Outlook Add-in Install Methods
The Teem Outlook Add-in lives within your Outlook calendar so that the experience is simple and easy to use for those who are scheduling meetings and want to find a workspace, conference room, or space that works for their meeting. Book spaces based on location, availability, capacity, amenities, and more. This article will guide you through installing and using the add-in. Let’s start with what you’ll need to have set in place first.
Prerequisites
The Teem Outlook Add-in requires each user to have a user account on Teem.com. We recommend using Office 365 SSO or ADFS to provision users.
- Office 365, Exchange 2007 or later
- Outlook for PC (2007 or later), Outlook for Mac (15.35 or later), or Outlook.office365.com
- Admin access in Exchange/Office 365

Installation Methods
There are three different ways to install the Outlook Add-in:

Organization Installation
Teem supports and recommends the Organization installation method for the Outlook Add-in. When installed, the Teem add-in will show for users in both the Outlook Online or the desktop app. See Teem Outlook Add-In Organizational Install.
Companies are encouraged to upgrade to the Organization Install method.
ClickOnce Installation
Important Note: This version of the plugin is no longer supported by Teem. No additional functionality or support will be added.
Windows Installation

Which should I use?
Teem only supports the Organization Install method for the Outlook Web Add-In. Feature work and bug fixes will only be supported on this Teem Add-In.
