Nedap NVITE Configuration

If you are using the Nedap NVITE QR reader for access, the below information should help alongside our Nedap configuration.

Net2 Configuration Utility

  • Go to the Wiegand tab and check "Wiegand configuration"
  • Enter the number of bits based on the reader output (minimum 28 bits)
  • Enter a suitable rule based on the reader output as Rule 1
  • if following our setup steps and no parity is included, the rule can be entered as all A’s for the total number of bits sent by the reader. Example:

  • Then set the reader as 'Wiegand reader' in the Net2 program under the door settings and the card data format as 'Wiegand custom'.
