Avigilon Alta - Notes

Group Setup

We automatically enter the Groups we will assign a user to (in line with the meeting status). You will need to define the sites and zones these groups will allow access to.

User Account Adding / Deleting

Users in Avigilon Alta must have a unique email address.

User import to Avigilon Alta will succeed if duplicate email addresses are used, but we will replace the email address with something simliar to accesscontrol+DUPEEMAIL+{GUID}@proxyclick.com. If the email field is empty, we will use accesscontrol+EMPTYEMAIL+{VisitorId}@proxyclick.com.

Since there's no hard-delete in Avigilon Alta, visitor profiles are anonymized by Proxyclick upon deletion. The name will be updated to "Anonymized Visitor" and the email will be accesscontrol+ANONIMYZED+{GUID}@proxyclick.com.
