Company Settings
To configure Company Settings, navigate to Settings > General Settings > Company

Description |
| Company name | Enter the name of your organization or building/location. This is the selectable name displayed in the main menu across the top of Proxyclick and is the name your users will see. |
| Company reference | Optional: This data field is for your own purposes and can be useful for reporting or integrations with third-party applications. It is not visible to users. |
| Date, time, and number format | Select the country format for the building/location from the drop-down. |

Click to upload an image to display on the Kiosk, the Proovr mobile app, in email notifications, and on visitor badges, etc. Image file requirements:

| Company main number | Select the country dialling code from the drop-down and enter the phone number. This phone number is displayed in the invitation email sent to visitors and in the check-in notification sent to the host. |
| Mailing address | Enter the address for the building. You can move the pin on the map to show more precisely where visitors can enter the building. The map and address are included in the invitation email sent to visitors. |
