Share your ideas in the Proxyclick Ideas Portal
We want to hear from you!
Our ideas portal is embedded directly into the Proxyclick web app so Administrators can easily submit ideas and suggestions to improve the product, and vote on ideas posted by others that resonate with their needs.
About the Ideas Portal
Click Resources from the top right of the Proxyclick web app and select Give us your feedback to open the Proxyclick Feedback Portal.
Click the tabs across the top to view the following:

- Click the Under Consideration tab
- You can either scroll through suggestions or search for an idea by clicking the search icon at the top right of the page.
- The ideas are organized into similar categories. Click a card to view more details about the idea and register how important the idea is to you.
- Let us know what you think by clicking a rating:
- Not Important - While this might be helpful, it is not required to meet our needs.
- Nice-to Have - This would be cool, convenient, or useful.
- Important - This would solve a major need.
- Critical - Without it, we'd consider switching to another product.
Submit an Idea
If you didn't find your idea in the 'Under Consideration' section, you can submit it as a new suggestion.
- Click + Submit Idea at the top right of the page to open the new idea popup.
2. In the Description field, describe your idea and if needed you can attach a screenshot or relevant file.
Tips for writing an idea
To clearly explain what you are thinking, the idea needs to be written as a user story. When you write a user story it should focus on the business problem or pain point rather than the feature.
Why a user story?
Reading an idea as a user story helps the Product Manager understand the business problem or pain point more easily. The Product Manager can then identify a solution that benefits the whole Proxyclick community and can decide and prioritize the development.
How do I tell a good user story?
Follow this format to create a good user story:
As a <role>, I want <goal> so that <reason>.
- Click a rating to vote how important the feature is to you:
- Not Important - While this may be helpful, it is not required to meet our needs.
- Nice-to Have - This would be cool, convenient, or useful.
- Important - This would solve a major need.
- Critical - Without it, we'd consider switching to another product.
- Click Submit to submit your idea.
Ideas submitted through the idea portal are reviewed periodically by the Product team. Ideas that align with our strategic objectives are promoted to the 'Under Consideration' section of the idea portal to gather additional feedback from our customers. All ideas and suggestions are welcome, but not all ideas will be approved and developed.

Ideas in the Planned section is an indication of intent but inclusion does not represent a delivery commitment within the presented timeframe. It is subject to change based on strategic priorities, marketing conditions, and other factors impacting the business.
