Introducing: Eptura Visitor (Proxyclick)

Later this year, Eptura Visitor will be the new name for Proxyclick. As we prepare for this rebranding, we will start referring to Proxyclick as Eptura Visitor in all our communications and you'll start to see the change in our knowledge center. Stay tuned for more details as we get ready for this exciting transition.

Update: Visit Approval notifications

Status: Released. 2025 February Proxyclick Product Release

When a new single or group visit is created in Proxyclick, an email notification is sent to your visit approvers. The email contains the details of the host, the visitor, and the visit, allowing the visit to be approved or denied as appropriate.

Update: Galaxy ACS integration

Status: Expected February 2025

Integrating Proxyclick with your Galaxy Access Control System (ACS) enables a user profile to be created in Galaxy when a visit is created, allowing your visitors to gain access to the building.

Various configurable values mean different customer needs can be met, and ensures that visitor flow is both secure and tailored to the specific needs of a location.

Update: New hardware-agnostic kiosk

Status: Released. 2025 February Proxyclick Product Release

We're adding support for Android devices, offering a lower-cost alternative for your Proxyclick kiosk.
