Introducing: Eptura Visitor (Proxyclick)

Later this year, Eptura Visitor will be the new name for Proxyclick. As we prepare for this rebranding, we will start referring to Proxyclick as Eptura Visitor in all our communications and you'll start to see the change in our knowledge center. Stay tuned for more details as we get ready for this exciting transition.

Update: Hide meeting titles

Status: 🚀Released 2025, May Proxyclick Product Release

Hide meeting titles from calendar events created by group visits or your calendar integration. When Do not display meeting titles is enabled, meeting titles simply display 'Meeting', preventing any sensitive information from being shared.

Update: Facial Recognition Check-in

Status: Early access available. General availability expected Q2 2025.

Facial Recognition Check-in enables a touchless check-in at the kiosk for visitors who have authorized their photograph to be used for identification.

Update: Galaxy ACS integration

Status: 🚀Released 2025 April Proxyclick Product Release

Integrating Proxyclick with your Galaxy Access Control System (ACS) enables a user profile to be created in Galaxy when a visit is created, allowing your visitors to gain access to the building.

Various configurable values mean different customer needs can be met, and ensures that visitor flow is both secure and tailored to the specific needs of a location.
