Install the Proxyclick app and activate the kiosk

Follow the steps to download and install the Proxyclick Visitor Management app on the Android and/or iOS devices you want to use as your kiosks.

Android

Step 1: Download the Proxyclick app
  1. Tap the Play Store icon and search for Proxyclick Visitor Management.

  2. Tap Install to download and install the app.

Continue to Step 2.

iOS

We recommend enabling Guided Access on the iPad to restrict access to other apps and iOS features when the Proxyclick app runs. Learn more: Guided Access for Apple iPad

The app needs a good internet connection to work properly.

 

Step 1: Download the Proxyclick app
  1. Tap the App Store icon and search for Proxyclick Visitor Management.

  2. Tap Get to download and install the app.

Continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Add a kiosk and copy the activation code
  1. In Proxyclick, navigate to Settings > Visitors > Kiosk list.
  2. Click Add new to add a new kiosk to the list, or select the existing kiosk to activate.
  3. Copy or make a note of the activation code displayed for the kiosk.

Step 3: Activate the kiosk
  1. On the Android or iOS device, open the Proxyclick Visitor Management app.
  2. On the sign-in screen, tap Activate with unique code?
  3. Enter the unique activation code for the kiosk copied in Step 2, and tap Activate.

The kiosk now starts to load. When the loading has reached 100% and is complete, the Proxyclick app is displayed and is ready and available to welcome your visitors.
