Location setting update can impact Proxyclick login through SSO

Have you tried to log in, and your password is no longer recognized?

If you have previously been able to log in to ProxyClick directly through app.proxyclick.com and it no longer allows you access, you may need to review your company's login procedure. When SSO (Single Sign-On) is activated on a location, users have to log in through a connected site and, in some cases, cannot access the ProxyClick Dashboard without going through the SSO portal.

If you receive an error that you must use a company-specific login page, your company has set up a Single Sign On option.  Your login is based on a connected (single) login, and to access ProxyClick, you must log in through a company-specific URL.

With either of these issues, we recommend contacting the administrator for your location to review any changes to the login procedure for your location.
