Employee check-in and your data

Proxyclick's Proovr app and your data

Respect for personal data has always been part of Proxyclick's DNA, and we have a full ISAE 3000 Type II Privacy Attestation. That means we comply with industry-leading data privacy practices, and you have the peace of mind that our solution is compliant and respectful of your information.

What data is collected during the Employee flow?

The Proxyclick Administrator or those with the corresponding user rights at your company can see the following:

  • What days you are, will be, or were at the workplace? This information is used to contact everyone present in case of an emergency or to contact you if someone you were in the office with falls ill.

  • Your profile. This contains information your employer already has, such as your contact details, including your name, email address, and in some cases, your phone number.

Geo-location based data

If you use our mobile check-in feature, you can rest assured that no data is shared from your phone with Proxyclick, your employer, or anyone else. The feature is designed to provide an easy check-in experience. Nothing more, nothing less.

All processing happens on your phone. The only information that appears in Proxyclick, and is available to your employer, is whether you checked in or not and a time register of such.

Temperature scan with an Ascent device

With this new feature, you can add a mandatory temperature scan to your employee flow so that check-in will only be allowed after passing the scan. This will add an additional layer of security to your pre-screening process for anyone entering the workplace.

At Proxyclick, we care about your employees' privacy. Therefore, we neither store any scan results nor display an indicator on the Employee logbook. Employees with a booking that fails the scan will remain as "Expected."

While your Ascent device may support facial recognition, Proxyclick does not, and therefore this feature will be disabled by default in the flow.

You can download the temparature-scan-data-flow.pdf for a full overview of how your data is handled during the process.

It is the customer’s responsibility to activate Proxyclick features only if permitted by the applicable laws of your location.
