When integrating Proxyclick with an access control system, we are also relying on the correct functioning of this third-party system in order for us to deliver the expected functionality to your company and, by extension, your visitors.

The security company that has been involved in the integration of your Proxyclick system into your access control platform will also have a responsibility for supporting the integration.

In the case of a support requirement with our core systems, Eptura will provide the same standard of support that all of our customers benefit from, using our existing channels.

However, it is important to note that there may be occasions when you will need to make use of the access control integrator to provide additional support for specific situations that suggest an issue with your access system.

In these instances, we will direct you to make contact with your access control integrator to carry on providing support and will work with them as necessary.
