Hourly Personal Space Bookings Report

The new Hourly Personal Space Bookings Report for Eptura Engage Analytics, provides row-level information for all bookings meeting the criteria of the filtered parameters. The report is not visible if no hourly personal space resources exist.

EN-49231

Resolved an issue where reports exported to Microsoft Excel had an incorrect date format. Note: This issue did not affect exports to PDF format, which correctly displayed the date format.

We fixed an issue which caused an incorrect user to be displayed in some* personal space reports, when a Fixed or Flexi personal space was bumped or manually released, and another user subsequently booked the space on the same day.

*This issue affected the 'Desk Allocated to People' and 'Desk Costs' reports.

Users were unable to view the floor plan when booking a workspace in a country that was different to the default country set in the user profile, and the Advanced booking period was set to 'days' (not weeks) in the group settings. This has been fixed.

Only a visitor's first name is required when booking a space for an external visitor.

A link to the knowledge center has replaced a tooltip on the modal, when creating a new Workspace type for all-day personal spaces.

We corrected the modal that is displayed when the username or password fields are blank on the login page when signing into Eptura Engage on the web. The message now clearly prompts the user to enter the required information.
