Intelligent Booking for Quick Book
With Intelligent Booking for Quick Book, users can combine the speed of Quick Book with the smartness of Intelligent Booking, to get their preferred spaces with just one click.
Using the Intelligent Booking capability of Eptura Engage, spaces are chosen using a variety of factors including where users have booked previously, where their team are working (workspaces only), and the preferences set in their profile. It works across all personal space types, so it’s easier than ever to book your desk, parking space, and locker.
Access Intelligent Booking for Quick Book from the Today page and the 'Book a Personal Space' page on the web, and from the Book screen on the mobile app.
Quick Book can be enabled per-group for Personal Spaces. Intelligent Booking for Quick Book is available with the Eptura Engage Power license.
