Introducing Eptura Engage

'Condeco Microsoft 365 Integration' is now Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 Integration. As part of this release, we have updated the name, logo, and content to reflect the Condeco rebrand to Eptura Engage:

  • The Outlook add-in now displays as Eptura Engage with the updated logo

The new Eptura logo and name might not appear immediately due to the Microsoft cache. To resolve this, refer to Microsoft's instructions on clearing the cache: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/testing/clear-cache#automatically-clear-the-cache

Improved Exchange Sync to Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration migration

Exchange Sync customers can now use our updated and enhanced experience to migrate to our Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration, and benefit from the many smart features the integration provides. The Microsoft 365 integration (formally Smart Calendar) is built on the latest technologies and provides a feature-rich experience when booking meeting spaces through Microsoft Outlook.

Benefits of the new migration process include:

  • Support for more booking types. We’ve increased the types of bookings that can be migrated to help ensure that users don’t have to cancel existing bookings before the migration.
  • Silent migration. Improvements to the way we store booking data mean that we no longer need to update individual calendar appointments to make them compatible with the Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration. This means that organizers and attendees will not receive unnecessary notifications for their existing bookings during the migration.
  • Improved migration readiness. We’ve made it clearer exactly which bookings will not be migrated and why, so you can better prepare for the migration process. Our updated migration report and documentation explains it all in detail.
