Status: Ready! 2025 January Condeco Cloud Product Release

In December 2024, we introduced the Concierge on the Condeco mobile app. The Concierge will soon also be available on the web app Today page.

Feature: Scan a QR code to check availability and book

Status: Released! January 2025 Condeco Mobile App - Android/iOS Product Release

If your organization has enabled QR codes, you can check if a personal space is available and book it directly from the space, by scanning the QR code from the Condeco mobile app.

Product: Condeco Cloud

Feature: QR Code report

Status: TBC

We are updating the QR code report to include the Condeco mobile app URL with the unique QR code value. This makes the printing process quicker when you want to allow QR codes to be scanned using the mobile device camera app. In the meantime, the URL can be manually added to QR code value in the spreadsheet before printing.

Product: Condeco Microsoft 365 integration

Feature: Eptura Copilot for Microsoft Teams

Status: Early access expected in January 2025. 

Eptura Copilot enhances the scope and capabilities of the Condeco app for Microsoft Teams, by using conversational AI technology to simplify tasks such as planning collaborations with colleagues, and booking workspaces and meeting spaces. Users interact with the Condeco chatbot directly from Microsoft Teams, using natural language commands, and Condeco processes these requests to efficiently streamline the user experience.

Product: Condeco Cloud

Feature: Advanced booking period for meeting spaces - rollover time

Status: Early access is available in your UAT environment.

If an advanced booking period is set, customers can specify when spaces become available for booking. If users attempt to book too early, the application informs them of the exact time bookings can begin. This update will be finalized in a future release but can be manually configured in customers' UAT environments for preview.
