Introducing: Eptura Engage (Condeco)

Later this year, Eptura Engage will be the new name for Condeco. As we prepare for this rebranding, we will start referring to Condeco as Eptura Engage in all our communications and you'll start to see the change in our knowledge center. Stay tuned for more details as we get ready for this exciting transition.

Update: Add a visitor

Status: Expected March 2025

We're bringing visitors to the mobile app. If you have the Condeco Visitor module enabled for your organization, you will be able to book in visitors from the Condeco mobile app.

Update: Concierge web options

Status: Expected March 2025

When a Concierge tile is actioned from the web app, you can choose whether the URL opens in a new tab or a modal.

Update: Maximum duration for meeting space bookings

Status: Expected March 2025

We're adding the ability to set the maximum number of hours a meeting space can be booked for. This is a group setting.

Update: Shift bookings for personal spaces

Status: Early access available now (web only). General availability expected April 2025.

We're adding the ability to create up to six shift patterns for hourly personal spaces. Users can select the appropriate shift when searching for available personal spaces.

Selecting attributes when searching for suitable hourly personal spaces is coming soon. However, we've enabled the ability to add attributes for your hourly personal spaces so you can get prepared ahead of time.

Product: Condeco Analytics Advanced

Update: New dashboard - Resource Insights

Status: Released: 2025 February Condeco Analytics Advanced Product Release

The new Resource Insights dashboard provides an overview of workspace usage for analyzing the allocation and booking trends of meeting rooms and desks. It allows filtering by various parameters such as location, workspace type, and date range. Key metrics include:

  • Meeting space and personal space utilization: Compares the number of allocated spaces to actual bookings (excluding no-shows).
  • Total vs. booked Spaces: Displays the total number of available meeting spaces and personal spaces, along with actual bookings (only including check-ins for personal spaces).

This dashboard helps customers monitor workspace efficiency and optimize resource allocation.

Update: New tables

Status: Released: 2025 February Condeco Analytics Advanced Product Release

We are adding the following tables for direct connection to Condeco data:

  • tblResourceItemDetails: A comprehensive list of all available services, such as service items and space layouts.
  • enterprise.tblservices: A detailed catalog of bookable services, along with their associated properties and metadata.

Product: Condeco Cloud

Update: QR Code report

Status: Expected March 2025

We are updating the QR code report to include the Condeco mobile app URL with the unique QR code value. This makes the printing process quicker when you want to allow QR codes to be scanned using the mobile device camera app. In the meantime, the URL can be manually added to QR code value in the spreadsheet before printing.

Product: Condeco Microsoft 365 integration

Update: Eptura Copilot for Microsoft Teams

Status: Early access expected in March 2025. 

Eptura Copilot enhances the scope and capabilities of the Condeco app for Microsoft Teams, by using conversational AI technology to simplify tasks such as planning collaborations with colleagues, and booking workspaces and meeting spaces. Users interact with the Condeco chatbot directly from Microsoft Teams, using natural language commands, and Condeco processes these requests to efficiently streamline the user experience.

Product: Condeco Cloud

Update: Advanced booking period for meeting spaces - rollover time

Status: Early access is available in your UAT environment.

If an advanced booking period is set, customers can specify when spaces become available for booking. If users attempt to book too early, the application informs them of the exact time bookings can begin. This update will be finalized in a future release but can be manually configured in customers' UAT environments for preview.
