Product: Eptura Engage mobile app

Update: See who's in - list view

Status: Expected December 2025 (all-day personal spaces) January 2026 (hourly personal spaces)

You'll soon be able to switch to a list view when using the 'See who's in' feature which shows your team members full names and their booked space, making it easier to see who's going to be in the office on a particular date. 'See who's in' is available from the Today screen on the Eptura Engage mobile app.

Initially, this update is for all-day personal space bookings only; hourly personal space bookings is expected in January 2026

Product: Eptura Engage mobile management

Update: Enable Microsoft Intune-based authentication for the mobile app

Status: Expected December 2025

We're adding a global setting that allows admins to enable Intune-based authentication for the mobile app. When enabled, the app uses Microsoft's secure authentication broker; when disabled, it falls back to standard in-app webview sign-in.

Update: New Event fields added to Reporting

Status: Expected December 2025

With the addition of the EventID and EventName fields, you will be able to filter standard Meeting Space reports to show all meeting space bookings associated with an event.

Update: View Banquet Event Orders PDF in a web browser

Status: Expected December 2025

Currently, the Banquet Event Orders PDF can only be downloaded for distribution or printing. We're adding the ability to view them in your web browser.

Product: Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2

Update: Migration to Graph API from Exchange Web Services

Status: Expected January 2026

The Eptura (Condeco) Room Screens v2 are migrating from Exchange Web Service (EWS) to Graph API. This is due to Microsoft's plan to deprecate Exchange Web Services later in 2026.

Product: Device Hub

Update: Update Screen Theme and Settings in bulk

Status: 🚀Released: 2025 November Device Hub Product Release

We're adding the ability to send Screen Themes and Settings simultaneously to multiple screens in the same building, to simplify large-scale device management and ensure uniform settings across devices. Simply select the devices and choose the screen theme or settings profile to send; the theme or settings are immediately sent to all selected active devices.

Update: Visitor status shared with Eptura Engage

Status: 🚀Released: 2025 November Eptura Visitor Product Release

Eptura Visitor will share visitor checked in/checked out out statuses with Eptura Engage, allowing the 'Find a Visitor' dashboard and the booking grid for meeting spaces to display when visitors have arrived and departed.

Product: Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration

Update: Readiness check and report for Exchange room mapping

Status: 🚀` Released: 2025 November Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration release

When you initially map an Exchange room and an Engage resource, a readiness check will be performed to ensure all events and bookings for the next 3 years are compatible. If no conflicts or incompatible events are identified, the room and resource are mapped and the events and bookings are synchronized. If any conflicts or incompatible events are found, then the room and resource are not mapped and a Readiness Report is sent via email, highlighting the events/bookings that need attention.

Update: Report issue dashboard

Status: Expected Q1 2026

We're creating a new way for users to report issues within the workplace and a new dashboard in Vendor Management, to manage reported issues. Easy integration with third-party service applications is also planned.

Product: Eptura Room Screen app

Update: Eptura Room Screen app for iOS

Status: Expected Q4 2025

The Eptura Room Screen App is an app-based version of the booking experience provided by our Eptura room screens. We launched the Android version in 2024 and expect to launch the iOS version later this year.

The Eptura Room Screen app is expected to be compatible with Logitech Tap Scheduler and ProDVX APPC-10SLBe display devices later this year.

Status: Available for early access. General availability expected Q4 2025

We're bringing visitors to the mobile app. If you have the Eptura Engage Visitor module enabled for your organization, you will be able to book in visitors from the Eptura Engage mobile app.

Product: Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration

Update: Copilot for Eptura Engage (Condeco)

Status: Available for early access.

Copilot for Eptura Engage (Condeco) enhances the scope and capabilities of the Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams, by using conversational AI technology to simplify tasks such as planning collaborations with colleagues, and booking workspaces and meeting spaces. Users interact with the Eptura Engage chatbot directly from Microsoft Teams, using natural language commands, and Eptura Engage processes these requests to efficiently streamline the user experience.
