Product: Condeco Cloud Update: Concierge Status: In preview for Condeco on the web. Expected for mobile in June 2025 A new tile type is available for the Concierge. The new 'Site info' tile type is designed as an easy and convenient way to provide the location details for your organization's workplaces. Users can tap the tile from the Concierge to view key details about their default location or the location they are visiting. We've released the Site info tile early so you can configure your Concierge ahead of the full release. Copilot for Eptura Engage (Condeco) enhances the scope and capabilities of the Condeco app for Microsoft Teams, by using conversational AI technology to simplify tasks such as planning collaborations with colleagues, and booking workspaces and meeting spaces. Users interact with the Condeco chatbot directly from Microsoft Teams, using natural language commands, and Condeco processes these requests to efficiently streamline the user experience.
