Resource Insights
The Resource Insights canvas shows average resource usage per weekday and month, based on the filtered parameters. Identify days of the week with high or low utilization and monitor monthly usage.
To open the canvas, navigate to Analytics > Utilization & Trends and select the Resource Insights tab at the bottom of the screen.
Use the filters at the top to show the visualizations and data by location, group, type of resource and/or workspace type, and by time frame. Learn more: Dashboard filters
Used vs. Bookable
The Used vs. Bookable charts show the average number and percentage of resources used (booked) and the number available to book, per weekday and per month, for the selected time frame.
- Meeting Spaces Used vs. Bookable (A): The average number and percentage of meeting spaces booked, and the average number of meeting spaces that were available to book, each weekday for the selected time frame.
- Meeting Spaces Used vs. Bookable (B): The average number and percentage of meeting spaces booked, and the average number of meeting spaces that were available to book, each month for the selected time frame.
- Personal Spaces Used vs. Bookable (C): The average number and percentage of personal spaces booked, and the average number of personal spaces that were available to book, each weekday for the selected time frame.
- Personal Spaces Used vs. Bookable (D): The average number and percentage of personal spaces booked, and the average number of personal spaces that were available to book, each month for the selected time frame.
