New! Shift patterns (web app)
We've released shift patterns for the web app early so you can get prepared. In this release, shift patterns are only available to select when booking personal spaces from the Condeco web app. Selecting shift patterns from the Condeco mobile app is expected in April 2025.
You can now create up to six shift patterns for hourly personal spaces. Users can select a shift pattern when searching for an available personal space from the web app, and only spaces available for the entire shift are shown in the search results.
Shift patterns are created in group admin and apply to all the hourly personal spaces managed by the group.

New! Set a custom 'rollover time' when booking meeting spaces in advance
If an advanced booking period is set in group admin for meeting space bookings, you can now choose from what time the booking period opens and bookings can be made. For example, if the advanced booking period is set to 7 days and the rollover time is 2PM, bookings for the next Monday can be made from 2PM the previous Monday.
If a user attempts to book a meeting space too early, a notification lets them know from what time they can book.

Concierge: New option to open link in modal (web app)
We've added an option to display Concierge links in a modal within the web app. Now you can choose for links to display directly in Condeco or to open a new browser tab.
Sites configured to prevent embedding cannot be displayed in a modal.
