How to factory reset a room screen
A factory reset erases all settings and cannot be undone!
To access the Admin Menu and perform a factory reset for a room screen, you need the PIN for the meeting room group. Find the PIN in the Settings Profile. Learn more: Screen settings and rules
- To open the Admin menu, hold your finger on the top right of the screen until you are prompted for the screen security PIN. Enter the PIN to continue.
- Tap Factory Reset to reset the screen back to factory settings.
- Tap Reset device to confirm the screen is reset to the factory settings.
