Additional fields
If required, you can add additional fields to Condeco that can be assigned to users in their user profiles. The available fields are Department, Function, Business category, and Third party. You can add as many of each type that you need.
The additional fields shown in the user profile depend on whether the user is set as an Internal or External user in their profile:
- Internal users: The Department, Function, and Business category can be selected for internal users.
- External users: The Third party and Business category can be selected for external users.
Additional fields are created in Meta admin and when created, are available globally across your organization. You must be a Condeco Global administrator to create additional fields.
How to add additional fields
- Sign in to Condeco as a Global administrator and navigate to Application setup > Meta admin.
- From the Section drop-down, select the type of field to add to users profiles, either Department, Function, Business category, or Third party.
- To add a new option to the list for the field you have selected, click Add resource, or to edit an existing option, click Edit.
- Enter or edit the name, and click Save.
