Google calendar support

We're excited to announce the integration of Google Calendar with the Eptura room screen v3 for Condeco, building on our previous releases of Condeco Cloud Calendar and Exchange Calendar. This update brings a comprehensive set of features, including:

  • Activation and deactivation of screens using Google Calendar.
  • CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations with and without authentication.
  • Current day and future bookings.
  • Admin menu, screen settings, and calendar settings.
  • User registration.
  • Booking policies.
  • Device Hub integration (IOT settings and device health).

This enhancement further expands our calendar integration capabilities, providing users with a seamless and streamlined experience.

Web page view implementation

The Eptura Room Screen v3 for Condeco now features a web page view screen display option, configurable via the Device Hub.

Improved visual distinction of buttons

An outline border has been added to buttons in the Modern UI theme, providing clearer differentiation from the background color across the entire user interface.

Exchange calendar: Service Account Configuration

Service Account Configuration for Exchange Calendar Connectivity is now available via Device Hub.

Room mailboxes with delegate access granted to the service account mailbox, can be authenticated using the service account credentials.

Users also have the option to cancel authentication by clicking the 'Cancel Authentication' button.

Support for longer meeting titles

Longer meeting titles displayed on the screen now wrap onto a second line. Previously, meeting titles that exceeded the width were truncated with ellipses ( ... ).

Microsoft App Center retirement 

Due to the retirement of the Microsoft App Center, we have transitioned the Eptura room screen v3 to Sentry for logging. Admins can view the Sentry endpoint from the Health CheckConnectivity admin settings on the device.
