Maximum booking duration
We've added support for the new 'maximum booking duration' option for meeting space bookings that's coming soon* to Condeco. Administrators can set a maximum booking duration from Group settings in the Condeco web app.
Meeting spaces managed by groups where the maximum booking duration is exceeded by the time frame set for the event, are not shown in the search results. If the time frame for an existing booking is extended so it exceeds the maximum duration allowed, the booking is declined.

Rollover time
We've added support for the new 'rollover time' option for meeting space advanced booking periods that's coming soon* to Condeco. Admins can set a rollover time alongside the advance booking period to determine when a new day becomes available to book. Default rollover time is set at midnight.

Shared mailboxes
Microsoft Exchange shared mailboxes can now use the Condeco Outlook add-in or book natively by inviting the Exchange room to the event. To add shared mailbox support, the associated account must be created in Condeco via SCIM or manually from Condeco User Management, and the Outlook calendar must be subscribed by launching the Condeco Outlook add-in from that mailbox. The email address of the associated user in Condeco must exactly match the mailbox email address in Exchange.
Exchange room mapping improvements
We've added two new columns to the Exchange room mapping configuration to show the Last sync time and sync Status of your mapped spaces.

Accessibility improvements
We've updated the Condeco Outlook add-in to ensure hyperlinked text and button background colors meet WCAG 2.3 AA standards.
