Icons
Introduction
This guide explains the meaning and functions of the different icons used in Hippo.
Advanced Dashboard - Click to access the Advanced Dashboard for the database.
Calendar Dashboard - Click to access the Calendar Dashboard for the database.
Standard Dashboard - Click to access the Standard Dashboard for the database.
Log Out - Click to log out from the database.
Equipment - This icon represents equipment-based work orders.
Location - This icon represents location-based work orders.
Vehicle - This icon represents vehicle-based work orders.
Critical - This icon represents a work order labeled as critical.
Pending Review - This icon represents the work order that has been completed but is pending review.
Waiting to be Costed - This icon represents the work order that is waiting to be costed.
Edit - Click to edit information on the work order form.
View - Click to view the detail screens for equipment or locations.
New - Click to add information.
Delete - Click to delete information.
Save - Click to save any information.
Close - Click to close grids or windows.
Search - Click to search through the information available.
Submit Work Order - Click to submit a new demand work order.
Work Order Requests - Click to see a list of all the work order requests.
Equipment to be Received -
Click to see a list of the equipment to be received into a facility.
Reports - Click to access the reports grid.
Support and Feedback - Click to access Hippo help material, direct questions to Hippo support, and change passwords.
Filter - Click to see all filtering options available.
Add - Click to add a report to Saved Reports.
Generate - Click to generate a report.
Not Started - This icon represents “Not Started” work orders.
On Hold or Waiting Parts -
This icon represents “On Hold” or “Waiting Parts” work orders.
Overdue -
This icon represents “Overdue” work orders.
In Progress - This icon represents “In Progress” work orders.
Completed -
This icon represents “Completed” work orders.
Rejected - This icon represents “Rejected” work orders.

Waiting For Parts -
