How to Associate a New Demand Work Order to Any Completed Work Order

Forgot to add info such as an invoice to a completed ticket? This will show you how to associate a new demand ticket to group them together

Instructions

  1. You can search for and open any completed work order from the Work Order Search grid. 
  2. From the opened completed work order scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the arrow near the Associated Work Order field.
  3. Click on the New button and a new Submit Work Order form will open.

  4. Fill in all the mandatory fields with details.
  5. Hit Save and you will locate the new Demand ticket were normally found.

Note: In the Associated Work Order field you will see any associated work order to the original ticket and can click on the View icon to toggle between them.
