Forgot to add info such as an invoice to a completed ticket? This will show you how to associate a new demand ticket to group them together
- You can search for and open any completed work order from the Work Order Search grid.
- From the opened completed work order scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the arrow near the Associated Work Order field.
- Click on the New button and a new Submit Work Order form will open.
- Fill in all the mandatory fields with details.
- Hit Save and you will locate the new Demand ticket were normally found.
Note: In the Associated Work Order field you will see any associated work order to the original ticket and can click on the View icon to toggle between them.
