The following Condeco products and services are required when integrating occupancy sensors with Condeco:

  • Eptura Device Hub
  • Eptura Engage Cloud*

Quick checklist for new and existing Condeco customers


Requirements are broken down for new Condeco customers and existing Condeco customers in the checklists below.

New Condeco customers
  • Eptura Device Hub
  • Eptura Engage Cloud
  • Eptura Engage Cloud calendar service
  • Condeco API service
Customers with existing Eptura Engage Cloud implementation (no Device Hub)

If you already have Condeco implemented in your organization but do not have Eptura screens installed, you need the following when integrating occupancy sensors with Condeco:

  • Eptura Device Hub
  • Eptura Engage Cloud calendar service
  • Condeco API service
Customers with existing Device Hub implementation (no Condeco Cloud)

If you are already managing your Eptura screens with the Eptura Device Hub but you don't have Eptura Engage Cloud, you need the following when integrating occupancy sensors with Condeco:

  • Condeco Cloud
  • Condeco Cloud calendar service
  • Condeco API service
Customers with existing Condeco Cloud and Device Hub implementation

Existing Condeco customers with both the Eptura Engage Cloud and the Eptura Device Hub implemented need the following when integrating occupancy sensors with Condeco:

  • Condeco Cloud calendar service
  • Condeco API service

Overview of the onboarding process


The following process assumes you have obtained occupancy sensors and a relevant subscription from a supported sensor vendor, Learn about supported sensors, and that Condeco's technical requirements are met. View the technical requirements.

  1. Request the API key from your sensor vendor and share it with Condeco via your agreed method.
  2. Gather a list of your Sensor IDs and the corresponding details for the spaces they are monitoring. (Your sensor vendor may provide this information).
  3. When Condeco confirms your Condeco sensor service is ready, you can pair your sensors with Condeco workspaces and create settings profiles to manage rules in the Eptura Device Hub. Learn more about sensor setup and rule management
