Password reset

Reset your password from your user profile


If you know your current password, follow the steps to reset your password from your Eptura Visitor profile. Otherwise, jump to Forgotten password

  1. Click your name at the top-right of the menu bar and select Manage profile.
  2. From the Profile menu, select Password.
  3. Enter your old password, a new password, and enter the new password again to confirm.
  4. Click Save when done.

Forgotten password


If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps to reset it via email.

  1. Navigate to app.proxyclick.com and click Forgot your password? Confirm your email address and click Reset password.

  2. Check your mailbox for an email from Proxyclick with the subject Reset your password.
  3. Open the email and click Reset your password.

  4. Enter a new password and enter it again to confirm. Click Save Changes when done.
