Eptura Visitor client setup for Galaxy
Follow the steps below to set up the Eptura Visitor client.
- Install the Eptura Visitor Galaxy Client and connect to Galaxy.
Local installation: If a local installation is preferred, connect the Eptura Visitor Client by entering 'local host' and the port in the Galaxy URL box. Example: https://localhost:8000. If installing the client to a different PC, enter the Hostname or IP of the Galaxy Server, and the port, in the Galaxy Location box. - Enter the Galaxy Admin username and password.
- Enter your Company name on the 'Connections settings' tab.
- Check the connections to both Galaxy and the Network are successful:
- Successful (green): Ensure the Eptura Visitor client displays green for both the connection to Galaxy and under the Network section, before continuing.
- Unsuccessful (red): If any red entries are displayed, diagnose the cause of the problem before continuing.
- Share the Subscription ID and Thumbprint displayed in the Eptura Visitor client with your Eptura Visitor/Eptura contact.
The Eptura Visitor team now configure the Eptura Visitor to ACS setup.
- When the Eptura Visitor team have completed the Eptura Visitor to ACS setup, ensure the created access levels are set up with the correct access permissions for the visitor flows.
