Genetec Security Center - Eptura Visitor Client Setup

  1. Ensure the Genetec Security Center configuration is finalized
  2. Follow the installation and networking steps in the Access Control Overview - Deployment Requirements' and 'Client Setup' sections.
  3. Install the Eptura Visitor Genetec Access Client and connect to Security Center
  4. The client should display successful, green, entries for both the connection to Lenel and also under the Network section.
    • If any red entries are displayed you will need to diagnose the cause of the problem before you proceed.
  5. After only green entries are displayed, Share the Subscription ID and Thumbprint displayed in the access client with the Eptura Visitor team
  6. To be executed by Eptura Visitor staff:
    • Gather required setup information - should be shared in advance - we will use this info to ensure the setup matches your requirements*
  7. To be executed by Eptura Visitor staff:
    • Configure the Eptura Visitor to ACS setup and create access levels
  8. Ensure the created access levels are set up with the correct access permissions for the visitor flows.
