Visitor badges can be printed automatically when a visitor checks in - from either the Visitor kiosk or the Visitor dashboard.
Print badges from the Visitor kiosk
Depending on your hardware, the following options are available for printing from the Visitor kiosk:
- Print via AirPrint - from an iPad Visitor kiosk to an AirPrint compatible printer
- Print via Brother SDK - from an iPad or Android Visitor kiosk to a Brother supported printer via the Brother Software Development Kit (SDK).
- Print via Proxyclick Print Proxy - from an iPad or Android Visitor kiosk to non-AirPrint compatible printer.
Print badges from the Visitor logbook
Badges can be printed from the Visitor logbook running on a Windows PC.
