C•CURE 9000 - Eptura Visitor Client Setup

  1. Ensure the C•CURE configuration is finalized
  2. Follow the installation and networking steps in the Access Control Overview Deployment Requirements and Client Setup sections.
  3. Install the Eptura Visitor C•CURE 9000 Access Client and connect to C•CURE 9000
  4. The client should display successful, green, entries for both the connection to C•CURE 9000 and also under the Network section - If any red entries are displayed you will need to diagnose the cause of the problem before you proceed.
  5. Once only green entries are displayed, Share the Subscription ID and Thumbprint displayed in the access client with the Eptura Visitor team
  6. To be executed by Eptura Visitor staff: Gather required setup information - should be shared in advance - we will use this info to ensure the setup matches your requirements
  7. To be executed by Eptura Visitor staff: Configure the Eptura Visitor to ACS setup and create access levels
  8. Ensure the created clearances are set up with the correct access permissions for the visitor flows.

You can install the Eptura Visitor client on the same server as the Victor Web Service.
