Calendar Integration

About the Calendar integration

The Calendar integration allows visits to be created in the Visitor logbook directly from Microsoft Outlook, Google, and Apple calendar events, simply by including 'meeting@proxyclick.com' in the attendee list when sending the event invitation.

The Calendar integration is enabled by default. 

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Calendar to configure the following options:

  • Invitation: Enable or disable sending the Eptura Visitor invitation. Disabling this option is useful if an invitation is also being sent from the calendar event.
  • Display meeting subject line in visitors logbook: Disable this option if you do not want to show the meeting subject in the Visitor logbook.
  • Don't create visits for specific emails: To prevent visits from being created in the Visitor logbook for resources such as meeting rooms, enter the corresponding email addresses in the box. Enter one address per line and do not include separators.
