Visitor Management notifications

Your visitor management teams, such as front-of-house and security, might need to be informed about all visitor activities such as check-ins and check-outs.

To ensure these teams receive notifications about these visitor activities, they must be added to a user group that includes the 'See all visitors of the day' permission, and that the relevant email notifications are enabled for them. 

Follow the steps below to apply the settings.

'See all visitors of the day' permission

To apply this permission to a user group, go to Settings > General Settings User Rights and click Manage rights for the appropriate group - usually Reception and/or Security. Make sure that See all visitors of the day is enabled. Learn more: User rights

Visitor Management notifications
  1. To enable the notifications, go to Employees and find and open the user's profile, then click Edit.

  2. Select Visitor Management notifications and enable On all visits as required.
