Visitor Management Overview
Eptura Visitor offers various ways to manage your visits and visitors, including the following:
- Create and manage visits from the Visitor Logbook
- Greet your pre-registered visitors from the kiosk

Visitor Logbook
Single Visits
Create a visit for a single person from the Visitor Logbook. You can input visitor information such as email, company, mobile number, and any custom fields you create. Learn more: Create a Single Visit.
Group Visits
Create a visitor group and schedule the group visits (either single or recurring). You can add visitors to the group individually or via spreadsheet upload. Learn more: Create a Group Visit.
Recurring Visits
Create a series of recurring visits (available for single and group visits). You can control the frequency and timing of the visits, and the end date.
Remote Registration
Send a questionnaire to your visitors before their scheduled visit. You can control the timing of when the email is sent and can deny visitors access based on their answers. If a visitor is denied access, their host is notified. Learn more: Remote Registration
Automatically Delete Visits
You can establish a data retention period on your account to automatically delete all visit data after a certain period. Learn more: Delete visit and visitor data.
Visitor Kiosk
Touchless Check-In
Use QR codes to streamline the check-in process and provide a touchless experience to your visitors. Learn more: Set up a touchless Check-in.
Pre-registered visitors only
Require all visitors to be pre-registered and prevent unexpected visitors from being able to check in using the kiosk. Learn more: Set up visitor identification
Print Customized Visitor Badges
Create a customized template for your visitor badges, including a visitor photo, QR code, and other visit-specific information. Learn more: Print Badges
Calendar visits
Visits can be quickly and easily created directly from Microsoft Outlook, Google, and Apple calendar events. No integration is needed; just add the 'meeting@proxyclick.com' email address to the list of recipients on your calendar event and the visit is added to the Eptura Visitor logbook.

Eptura Visitor Outlook add-in
The Eptura Visitor Outlook add-In allows users to create visits from Microsoft Outlook without launching Eptura Visitor on the web, and is launched via the Eptura Visitor icon on the Outlook Calendar Event ribbon.
