We want to hear from you, our customers, to understand what is important to you, so we can build features that address your needs and provide a delightful user experience. Ideas become better defined through your comments and votes, and we evaluate all suggestions on a regular basis.
When an idea is submitted and gathers traction with further comments and votes, the Product Management team can provide feedback, and whenever we add a comment or change the status of an idea that you submitted or have voted on, you are sent a notification email.
How to submit an idea
Admins can now submit ideas for the Eptura Visitor product roadmap directly from the web app.
To get started, from the top-right of Eptura Visitor on the web, navigate to Resources > Give us your feedback, and enter your idea in the Post an Idea popup box and click Next.
If similar ideas exist, you can scroll through the list to check if any meet or are similar to your requirements. If none seem to fit, you can click Skip and post idea.
Enter a title for your idea and select a category from the drop-down. When done, click Post Idea.
